What’s Possible and What’s Impossible?


What’s possible?  What’s impossible?  Your mind sets what’s possible and what’s impossible. 

Often most people say, “It’s impossible.”
How many times have you dismissed an idea or a goal and said, “It’s impossible.”? 

When something difficult happens, what is called a temporary defeat;

People say, “I can’t do it.”
“It’s Impossible.”
“It’s not possible.” 

Wood Board Breaking; Is it impassible? 

Have you heard about or experience wood board breaking?  You break through a wooden block or board of 1 to 2 inch thickness.   There is different hand formation.  But you break wooden board with your bear hand.  Like a Karate chop.   People who are practicing martial arts do this type of activity.
If you have had training, you’d feel you can do this.  But if you’ve had no training you’d say,
“I can’t do it.”

Yet, many people have gone through some type of transformational workshops and were exercising an idea of a breakthrough.  With a few instructions given and with a re-set of the mindset and they were introduced to Wood Breaking with Bear Hand, and they were able to break through this thick wooden board. 

I’ve done this wooden breaking ritual before, too. 
I didn’t think it was possible.

It’s not something you can do right away.

But it is very possible to do.

Let’s Talk About Money:

If you say,

“I’ve never made more than $3000 a month.”
That is a good income… about $36,000 a year.

An average median income is about $25,000 a year.  So it’s pretty good.
That’s a beginning salary for teachers. 
But you cannot really live on this income. 
If you have kids.  And you are thinking of college education for them.
What will be your ideal monthly income?
$10,000 a month?
$20,000 a month?
Do you think it is a possibility?
Most likely you’d say, “No!”

You wouldn’t think earning a million dollars is possible.
Certainly not!

So how does something become possible.
Let’s talk about some examples.

The reality about the thinking behind what’s possible and not possible.
How your mind thinks what is possible or impossible is completely arbitrary.  It is not based on any reality.  Unless it is breaking the laws of the Universe. 

You cannot become a brain surgeon tomorrow just because you wish to be one.  They need education and training.
If you walk off a tall cliff, you will fall below.

Breaking through this piece of wood Board is Easy:

I remember how I broke through the wood.

There is an obstacle in front of the board.
Right on the front surface of the board I wrote down my obstacle.

On the other side is what your dream is.
What you’d like to achieve. 
What you’d like to accomplish.

As you start to hit
and when you hit that board,
most people are focused on that board…

and you hit the board,
and it bounces back at you…
at your hand..

But something happens when you can really focus on your dream..

On what you’ve written on the other side…

As you hit, in your mind you go through ..
Beyond that board…
With a certain body posture,
A certain speed you gain as you strike…
Leveraging this speed,
You can break through the board…

The moment I broke through the board,
I chopped the board in half.

I remembered that moment.
All of a sudden,
I was aware…
All the energies of the Universe flew through me.
I felt like I was the energy being.
Completely.
And what happened was that
I saw myself outside of myself in slow motion.
The board no longer existed…
The moment I hit..
I went through the board.

My focus was not on the board.
My problem, my obstacle and challenge…

That is taught in personal development
by many motivational speakers and teachers all the time.

That is possible.
When you think it is available and it’s possible
that type of exercise…
Board Breaking.

Why Is it So Difficult?

In the way most people were raised, their dreams are meant not be real.  They dream at night and during the weekend and go back to work during the week.  That how most people are wired or conditioned.

When you go back to your every day life,

set your daily goals,
and YOU JUST CAN’T DO IT.

It’s because you are so conditioned to
not to do it… your daily actions…
you are distracted…

Go back to that board..

If you have a chance, take a workshop to challenge your mindset.
You’d come away with a totally different experience.

Sometimes, experiencing once or twice isn’t enough.

Make sure that whatever breakthrough you experience
Is supported by your friends and the people you associate with.

This is how success is possible…
Because you believe in your dream.
You are supported by the power of breaking through.
Over and over again.

What you thought was impossible becomes possible. 
[1] Be outside of your comfort zone
[2] Allow yourself to experience something very different than your normal every day experience.
[3] Put yourself in situation to experience breakthroughs over and over again.
[4] Surround yourself with a community of like-minded people
[5] Believe and focus on your dreams.
