This is a bit like mastermind group.

I’ve been listening to the Inner Circle Audio Library, a collection of many success stories, strategies by our community’s top successful leaders.  These are top earners in the Industry of Network Marketing and Internet Marketing.

Working together with a community of like minded people is a way to achieve success.  Meet the founder of our community and learn more about this new way of building a business online with a shortcut system.  

Every day I listen to an audio recording for 30 to 45 minutes downloaded to my i-Phone. (Nowadays, it’s so convenient.)  This motivates me and inspires me.  Listening to these audio sessions gives me new ideas and strategies.  Beyond that, it gives me a whole different level of psychic energy.

Napoleon Hill talks about this psychic energy.  I’m not sure if he coined the word ‘Mastermind’ first.  His mentor, Andrew Carnegie had been doing Masterminding for a long time.   

I was listening to one of my mentors’ session.  He is the founder of our community who’s earned over 6 million dollars in less than 4 years as an affiliate (not as the owner).   His company is one of the top 10 companies in this industry of Network marketing and Internet Marketing.  It’s only had a 4 year history.
That’s just tremendous. 

He was talking about how he started his company in this audio module.  He talks about masterminding with his partner or with another person.  All the top leaders in our community are getting together with him very frequently and masterminding together over a Google Plus Hangout or other Internet webcast.

Exactly what is masterminding? 

A mastermind group consists of:

[1] a group of people getting together with a focused energy and attention to achieve and get to someplace… not just any place but
[2] There is a unification, respect and honor among them, not just to exchange some kind of knowledge, techniques, know-how’s, skills or experiences in the Industry,
[3] To share deeply in their vision and in their hearts
[4] To transmit to each other the psychic energy, the Universe’s energy and Thought Impulses (Universe’s Intelligent Energy)
these energies are the intuition, aha moments and insights you would get. 

How Does a Mastermind Group work?

• Only two people are required to form a mastermind group.
• 6 people to 12 people work best.
• They meet at regular intervals to discuss a particular issues or topics.  The members would like to achieve their goals by discussing these issues or topics.    
• They share a similar goals and visions. 
• Every successful person, business person, entrepreneurs has had his/her experiences working through at least one mastermind group if not many.
• If you are a loner and only working by yourself, you may be successful.  But you are probably making many mistakes unnecessarily. 
• Definitely don’t ever be alone; work with a team of like-minded people, heading in the same direction. 
• To exchange ideas and knowledge, skills and know-how’s.
• To exchange psychic energy.
