I’ve got To be Me.
- you’ve made a decision
- or considered to make a major decision
- or moved onto making a decision
- based on thinking ‘I’ve got to be me’?
You don’t want to compromise who you are and what you are; and what you want to do.
You don’t want to be forced to do something against your wish or your being.
Being who I am or doing what I want to do is so important:
- But is there a time when you mad a hasty decision?
- And broke up with some one?
- Broke off from a relationship and you regretted later?
- Or you switched a career or you quit something?
- And later on you regretted?
There is A Balance:
- There is always a balance in wanting be me; doing what I really want to do.
- What is this balance?
- What do we have to bring in as a major factor in making the right choice?
It is about knowing your goal:
- knowing your ‘why’
- knowing your vision
- Then carefully think, “Is this my time now?”
- “Do I wait a little bit more?”
Here are some ways to check up on your conflicted mind:
- You just started a new business.
- You have to follow various people who know much more than you;
- the person you have to follow and learn your trade may be a jerk;
- they may not be really great people.
- You may not agree with them but they know so much more so you will have to follow them.
- Or you are not quite positioned to take, right now, a next step.
So you have to compromise.
There is a sense of compromising always.
And knowing who you are and what you are.
You decide there are things you will not compromise no matter what:
…That you will not compromise your core value!
there are times when you can compromise.
Over certain small things…
Even medium level things…
If you know what you really want…
and it is not to satisfy your ego…
But if you really know what you want…
and go after it…
But there are times when you need to compromise:
And it is quite OK.
Forgive yourself.
That you don’t have what you want.
You can’t express yourself at this time…
Just move on with a little bit of sacrifice…
But know who you are!
What you are!
And your time will come.
Especially when you are new in your business in a new field or industry,
being humble
that is required of you…
and just say “it’s OK.”
Who you are is not diminished
Just because you are not doing what you want.
Who you are in the bottom of your heart…
Deep inside, deep inside
Never changes.
Trust and believe in yourself.
Your time will come.
