I’d like to talk about being idle, being stuck and being stagnant. And discuss how to transform these emotions.
It’s unlike an automobile when you turn on the engine. It makes lots of noise; producing smoke; goes nowhere; and you know something is wrong.

In people’s lives it is different. When people are stuck and feeling idle, they have a great capacity to hide these feeling and even deny. Many people may not know or acknowledge that they are feeling stuck or actually are stuck in a situation.

Symptoms of being idle, stuck and stagnant.
Are you yelling and screaming at your loved ones?
Or being irritable with your family a lot?
Are you having a mild case of stomach ulcers.
Or don’t feel good daily?
don’t feel relax?
Feel anxious?
Every morning wake up, you don’t feel good and feel sluggish?
At work, you’d rather hide and last one to get something done?
Secretly you hate your boss?
Even though you may not say any of these negative emotions and just say, “yes, sir!”You even try to please your boss.
these are the symptoms.
You cannot wait till Friday comes.
You just want to retire eventually.
You feel everything is pinched and squeezed.
Every year, you gain 10 lbs or 20 lbs.
Or you may not be alcoholic, but you fall asleep drunk.
You wake up with a hangover.
Those are the symptoms of you being sluggish,
feeling idle and stuck in your life.
You may call it a comfort zone.
The real question is how can you get out this state.

Even go away for a day or two.

Close your eyes with your gaze down,
Little by little, step by step…
Ask yourself the following questions:
What is important to you.
What did you want when you were a little younger?
What kind of life would you like to have in a few years ahead? Even though you may not have that right away.
What is your passion?
Really sit down with yourself and figure out what is called your burning desire.
That’s where it begins.

Instead of being angry at people
Instead of being jealous
Or completely ignore your feelings
Till you retire?
