Enjoy Joy and Peace with 7 Ps

 Perception is a way of regarding, understanding or interpreting your environment and situation.

When you work on your perception, your life will improve.

There are 7 Steps- 7 P’s to achieve peace and joy:  

If you work through all these steps, you will achieve joy and peace in your life.

1]  Perception
2]  Pain
3]  Protection
4]  Pay-off
5]  Prayer
6]  Process
7]  Patience

If you work through all these steps, you will achieve peace and joy in your life.  All these steps are inter-related and don’t stand alone.

Perception:

Your thinking got you where you are now.  Your life today is the result of your perception.  You have habitual patterns of viewing and interpreting your situation.   These thoughts no longer serve you.  You must change and let go of them.  Identify the ways in which you are seeing your situation.  Work on them.  Change your views.

Pain:

There were many things that happened in your life.  And this pain you feel is getting you stuck.  This pain is no longer serving you.
Is it about a time to process your pain and relieve yourself of this old pain?

Protection:

Pain is a way to protect yourself from being further hurt.  When you realize that pain you feel is a mechanism than it will be easier to release this pain you feel.  This protection is still holding you down.

Payoff:

The way you held onto the pain and  protected yourself  in relationships
or  not trying to be more successful,
or staying with what your parents told you to do,
or your neighbor wanted you to do,
there is a payoff of being comfortable and  giving a sense of security.
You need to examine what these payoffs are.

Process:
 

Know that nothing is achieved in one shot.   Everything is a process.  There are stages.

As you are working through your pain, for example,

You are beginning to understand the protective mechanism you have
you may go through a grieving period,
adjusting period
accepting period
renewing your life period.

Patience:

Going through a process of change and improving and living life,
you must be in action.
To be in action,  you need to be patient. 
 

Prayer:

Before you are fully engaged in this process of life, healing and recovery…
as you rediscover yourself and improve your life,
you need a little help from a good friend,
or a group of like-minded people,
or saying affirmations daily,
or saying a prayer
trusting in God, a Higher Power as some people would say
Or trust in the process of the Universal Principles.
Affirmations and prayers will allow you get beyond your current way of things that has you stuck in life where you are.

Stronger than patience is persistence.  Persistence will allow you to stay in action.

When you follow these steps (not necessarily in a linear order) you can get into a more peaceful and joyous state of mind.
1]  Perception

3]  Protection
4]  Pay-off
5]  Prayer
6]  Process
7]  Patience

 

This is a way of achieving a balanced mindset backed by spirituality.
We cannot negate working on having a healthy body and finances as well. 

There are many things within your control and reach.

You cannot change other people including your loved ones.

There are somethings you can change even though your limiting beliefs may not allow you to see right now.
You will be able to improve your financial life by working through these 7 steps.
