7 Steps to Letting Go: Getting Unstuck in Financial Life

Letting Go Is The Only Way To Get Unstuck

What’s happening in my heart and mind, that is standing in the way of manifesting my dream on the NEXT LEVEL?

Are you struggling and feeling you are stuck. It’s almost redundant to say you feel stuck in life and you want to get unstuck in life. After all whether it’s your own body, relationship with someone or lack of it, or not making enough money or hating your job, it’s always about something in your life you feel you are stuck in.

Today I am focusing on the financial and business aspects. Did you know that the amount of money you make has no bearing on whether you feel you are stuck or not. Someone is making over $1,000,000 and feel stuck? While another person finally started to make $3000 per month and feel so happy.

There is a very important Law of the Universe called Cause and Effect. For everything that you do, think or feel, there is an equivalent result. For every result there is a cause that created it. Most of you look at the result and try to fix. So if you are unhappy with a person in your relationship, you try to find someone new. If you don’t have enough money, you only try to get more money. Somehow who you are, what in your heart and mind is left out.

I’d like to explain 7 steps to discover and let go of what’s getting you stuck and not allowing you to get what you need and want in your financial life. 7 steps to letting go will get you unstuck in your financial life and you will get what you want and need.

Abundance is a process of letting go; that which is empty can receive.
Bryant H. McGill

Have you heard of the story of a Zen monk and a professor? This is a famous lesson to empty your mind using a metaphor of an empty cup.

To have a beginner’s mind. It’s about letting go of your ego. But also if your mind is filled with junk and negative thoughts that don’t serve you, you will not be able to move on to do creative things in your life. Letting go is also about forgiving yourself and others. Letting go of anger, resentment and bitterness that only poison your own mind.

“To Let Go” is one of the wisdom passed on for centuries. In the Eastern and Western cultures, there are many different types of fire ceremonies for releasing anger, pain, sorrow and even bad karma. Personal Development teaches people to come to their own empowerment. Spirituality teaches people to trust a power greater than themselves such as the spirit from Shamanism, god, Buddha and the Universal force.

Write down and describe your realization.

Step 3:

Notice how you feel toward yourself; such as are you feeling you are weak, foolish, unlovable, suppressed or unworthy? Add more descriptions as you realize you felt about yourself.

Write all these emotions and lists down.

Step 4:

Notice you have carried these feeling so long that they became parts of your personality.

Ask to be forgiven by those you have harmed; and forgive those who hurt you. Make a list of all those whom you need to forgive; and those whose forgiveness you are asking.

Step 6:

Identify what situation, people or limiting beliefs you have formed are blocking you from achieving the results you want in your financial life. Identify excuses and things you are blaming for your lack of results you want in your financial situation.

Write down your realizations and make a list.

Step 7:

Let Go and Let God. Use one of ancient rituals of letting go.

A} Choose outdoors and make a small pile of twigs. (Only if your town’s fire code allows this.) Place the pages you have written and burn them in fire. Let all the past and present go.

Ask your God to come into your life and your heart to help you remove all the negativity and heaviness of the heart.

B} Use a fireplace.

C} Or a sink.

You can allow a minimum of 30 minutes and more. It’s recommended that you do Step 1 to Step 7 in one or two consecutive days.

By letting go of the past, you will be able to choreograph your future.
