What Is Value? How to Give Value to Others?
I’d like to talk about giving value:
Every one wants to give value and get value.
{So we’d like to believe.}
But have you had an experience of someone working for you.
At the end of a specified work period, he’d like to get paid.
Then you begin to wonder and think to yourself,
“What did he really do? For what he’s done…
it doesn’t make sense… I don’t want to pay that much money.”
“You don’t get paid for the hour. You get paid for the value you give to the hour.”

In your life, have you been struggling with trying to make things work better? And you just aren’t making it happen? And you would like to improve the quality of something. Either you give or you get.
So what is value?
Value is something that is principle based.
We need to take a look at value we give.
My morning ritual; I don’t read a book the first thing I wake up in the morning.
Instead I get inside of my own thinking.
The little Red Book I carry has this written on the cover page;
I believe we have to get in touch with our own thoughts and reflect every day.
Can People Rely On You?
Using the acronym of “Rely”…
It is something that people can rely on.
Relevancy- Something of value has to be RELEVANT to the people. Whatever you say, teach or train; you are delivering goods or service to; trying to influence. It has to be something your prospect can relate to. It has to fit to their life.
Experience – You can talk miles per hour; just keep talking. Whatever you are talking; it has to come from you; you have to share your experience so that you are involved in the story you are telling.
Love – Whatever you are delivering; does your message show that you care? That the person is worth your thoughts? That the person is appreciated? You must bring in elements of love.
Yes – Because of relevancy, sharing of your experience and feeling of love, your prospect can say,
“Yes!”
“Yes, it’s something I can do.”
“Yes, I am going to try it.”
All these points are the principle-based value and you can apply every day.
