Spiritual Intelligence
in Your Life and Business
Would you like to enjoy an abundant and harmonious life?
Basic Intelligence:
Intelligence is something familiar to all of us.
It is factual knowledge, scientific knowledge and information
and how we apply them to many endeavors.
Emotional Intelligence:
Emotional intelligence became very popular. After all, life is more than just facts and filled with emotional dramas as they unfold. We cope with many human elements.
We became more aware of developing our ability to process emotional information, reactions and responses. In this way we hope to navigate life through with more improved social skills.
Spiritual Intelligence in the Corporate America:
In 1990s, the Corporate America began to adapt the notion of Spiritual Intelligence.
Many innovative corporations began to train their executives, middle management and even employees
in Spiritual Intelligence based seminars and workshops.
Themes for Spiritual Intelligence:
Many great experts came out with their outlines of Spiritual Intelligence.
- [Self Awareness] Understanding of your life purpose or vision and the impact you make on others.
- [Big Picture] detaching from pettiness and all consuming personal issues or daily challenging and focus on positive solutions.
- [Celebration] Develop tolerance of different styles and appreciate diversity of ethnicity and backgrounds of people and other coworkers
- [Framework Reset] Plan and strategize from a greater context of solutions. Focus on the trend, changes happening around the world
- [Lesson to be learned] All difficulty is a learning lesson. There is no victimization, blaming or sense of failure. Use every failure or loss as an opportunity to learn. Move onto creating greater things. Transformation.
- [Life’s Calling] Know your calling. Your job and ultimately your work is a calling in your life to carry out your purpose in life.
The Foundation of Spiritual Intelligence:
Spiritual Intelligence is no stranger in the world. For example, the teachings of Buddhism and Jesus Christ always taught these values for centuries. As early as 1800s on, philosophers like Ralph Waldo Emerson, David Henry Thoreau and many spiritual teachers were teaching the way of spiritual intelligence.

Spiritual Intelligence Is for Entrepreneurs:
Most of my audience is entrepreneurs who left the Corporate America. I started out as a chemical engineer working for a large company, a chemical manufacturing licensee, located on Park Avenue in Manhattan. That was many years ago.
When people are seeking freedom and self expression, they seek to grow.
I have witnessed the people seeking to embrace emotional and spiritual intelligence.
As entrepreneurs, business is an extension of yourselves; who you are.
Be sure to bring spiritual intelligence into your business.
Many of my friends have fought for their freedom, and found an abundant life style, time and money freedom by forming mastermind groups.
