What is Unique About Zen-Yoga of East West Approach:

Throughout the history of Buddhism and Yoga as these teachings crossed mountains and oceans and met new students from different cultures.   The styles and approaches of these teachings had to be modified and adapted to the people living in different lands and nations.

No matter how great a teaching, institutions,  disciples, teachers who are protecting the authenticity of the teaching often generated dogmas and codified the original intention.   At any point there has to an examination of surface form vs. Principles.

There is no right or wrong.  It is important to experience both the traditional and your individualized approach.

When you practice any forms of spirituality, you must engage your mind, heart, body and energy centers to connect to the divine power.

Zen Yoga of East West Approach can allow you to discover yourself and transform your life much faster than the traditional approach.
