<li><strong><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;”>The ocean is the place where all lives began  and biologically evolved.</span></strong></li>
<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>The ocean is where people feel so free.</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”>The Ocean containing all these elements is very tolerant.   </span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”>When you meditate on specific features of the natural places, the Ocean is one the places where you begin to feel freedom, tolerance and coexistence of humanity.</span></span></li>

<li><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”>You can meditate upon the sound of the waves.</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”>The sound of the wind rustling. </span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”>You can meditate upon the motion and the movements of the waves.  </span></li>

<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Those are the things… the points of meditation.</span></li>

<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>{Listen to the waves and the wind.}</span></li>

<li><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”><span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”>The Ocean merging into the Earth.</span></span></li>

<span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”> The Ocean being one of them.</span>

<span style=”color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;”> I will be talking about more elements in the ocean to meditate upon.  This is just Level 1 of 3.</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>I began teaching Yoga in 1976.   I’ve taught and facilitated Zen yoga and   East and  West Yoga  in US, Japan and Europe in  formats of  regular classes and featured workshops.</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>As many tens of thousands of Yoga teachers attest, in my personal experience,  teaching Yoga has not given me a financially sustainable professional model to support what I needed.</span>
