<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Be able to close your books. Turn off your intensity.  Turn off your computer or put it in a sleep mode and get away.  Get away from the busy hustle and bustle of the day.   </span>

<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Gently twist clock and counter clockwise several time.</span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Ten gently bend  each finger backward.</span></li>

<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Take hold of toes with one hand and rotate the entire foot around the ankle.</span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Take each toe at a time and twist clock and counter clockwise and bend down and up.</span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Repeat with each toe.</span></li>
<li><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Switch to the other foot. </span></li>
</ul>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;”><strong>(6) Dynamic Breathing:</strong></span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Hara is the lower abdominal area.  This is one of the central Zen teaching. It’s considered to be one of the vital energy center known as a chakra. </span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Standing still or while walking:</span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Breathe in the shoulders relaxed…</span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Let the air fill in to the lower abdomen (Hara)</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Exhale through the mouth slightly fore forcefully, contracting the abdominal muscles</span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Ideally 4 counts to inhale; 4 counts to hold  and 8 counts to exhale.</span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> As you exhale say gently “ha…ha…”</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt;”> <strong><span style=”color: #0000ff;”>(7) Resting Your Brain:</span></strong></span><span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Even personal development exercises sometimes become too busy in the brain.</span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Your awareness must merge with the Universal energy and the Universal Intelligence. </span>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> Allow your consciousness to merge with the Super Consciousness of the Universe.  The intelligence of the Universe.</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Zen Yoga is for everyone.  You don’t have to be so flexible.   You don’t have to be a cool, hip Yoga student, carrying around a Yoga mat. </span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>In big cities, more men attend Yoga classes.  In suburban areas, men are still a small minority.  Just remember that tips shown here are chore aspects of Yoga and Zen practices.</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>Relaxation isn’t just about your body or “less thinking.”  It’s about your life style and how you spend time.  It’s how to eliminate all types of stress and admit where you are not succeeding.</span>

<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”> This is strictly my own observation and not necessarily a widely accepted opinion.   In my experience I encountered many people who are very serious about wholistic approaches and spiritual pursuit in their lives.   They are very patient and tolerant of pain and struggles.  It appears to me a large percentage of them do not prioritize about their financial security.   This is a broad generalization but the statistics in America prove that as affluent as  America is made out to be, so many people are struggling with jobs they hate, and worried about their financial security.  </span>
<h2><span style=”color: #800080;”>Stress Caused in financial Area: </span></h2>
<span style=”font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;”>When looking at 6 areas of their lives, definitely their financial area do not score high on the Life Pie Chart.  </span>
