- Eat well, three meals, varieties and nutritionally rich foods.
- Eat organic vegetables and fruits, free range poultry, meat raised humanely (as opposed to factory raised.) and wild caught fish (as opposed to farm-raised).
- Whole grains (as opposed refined sugar and starch producing carbohydrates know as low carbohydrates)
- Educate yourself about the current food industry practices.
- Avoid junk foods and greasy finger foods. (Fast food costs more than making simple meals for yourself.)
- Address any medical issues and consult with your medical professionals.
- Practice moderation in consuming alcohol and smoking. (This cuts down expenses.)
- Give yourself plenty of sleep and rest.
- Visit places of nature a few times a month
- Pray and mediate even for 5 to 10 minutes daily. Daily exercises, with or without going to gym)
- Walk at least 30 minutes daily.
