Are you Focused on Yourself?
“Live and Let Live”

A slogan is a useful short phrase to tap into basic principles or philosophy of life that we can follow simply without having to know long quotes or affirmations.
“Live and let live” means to focus on yourself.
To make whatever important in your life the most important thing by focusing on it
and living accordingly.
Don’t try to manage other people’s affairs.
Not to be distracted
or overly concerned.
or obsessed with other people’s issues and problems.
Following the slogan “Live and Let Live” will lighten up your life.
To take burdens off your shoulders.
and instead focus on what’s important in your life.
Use this slogan every time you started focus on your loved ones’ problems.
or on the problems other people have.
When you start to get annoyed and bothered by what others are doing.
Just “Live and Let live.”
You will take care of yourself.
For the other people’s issues and problems,
there are solutions, too.
And their problems are not too much of your concern.
That doesn’t mean you don’t care about them or you don’t love them.
You do care. You do love them.
The reality of the situation is that
just because you pay so much attention
or start to bother them by trying to help,
you will not solve their problems.
Exercise to “Live and Let Live”
[1] Examine one situation that takes your focus away from yourself.
[2] What part do you play?
[3] What is your attitude dealing with this situation?
[4] How do you view the people involved?
[5] What is your role?
[6] Are you effectively solving?
[7] Do you have to repeat what you say over and over again?
[8] Are you able to cause any change in proportion to the time and effort you put into?
[9] How does “Live and Let Live” help you by applying it to your situation?
What is stopping you from enjoying a stress free life?
You may not always control how others live or how others behave.
But you can take charge of your own health, mindset and finances.
