Your Struggles With Things You’ve Been Putting Off
Have you been putting off things when they should be really handled?
You’ve been putting off. Dreading to do them. Most experts give you advice to do those things you’ve been putting off … to do them FIRST. To do the things you hate to do FIRST.
Don’t Do the things You’ve been putting off FIRST:
I don’t agree with this way of thinking… to get the things you don’t want out of the way FIRST as fast.
If you follow what’s said in my quote, it will make things much easier.
If you try to do the things you hate first,
you are using your sheer will power,
mustering up the force and forced will power
This is an old model from an athletic coach.
It’s kind of being yelled at and screamed at.
You are hurting and this approach makes the task more unbearable.
You won’t get much out of this other than the fact you are torturing yourself to do something hard.
(If you approach, most likely this back fires on you. You will accumulate new laundry list of ‘things you don’t get to do’ more and more. )
What you’d like to do is to put yourself in motivational mode. Motivate yourself. Excite yourself. Put yourself in ‘I feel good’ state of mind. First. Put yourself in a good place.
This is why many people go to the gym first thing in the morning and do a workout first.
Do something you love first. But it is not what you are emotionally attached. This is the daily routine you’ve created. Or I should say you will create. Do you have an affirmative, healthy routine you’ve set up for yourself for the day, for your mind, body and spirit? You must have these. You’ll have to work on that, too. This is a long term goal. Your daily routine is a sustainable way for you to continue function well and succeed.

The Second Thing You’ve Been Putting Off:
After you do this great healthy routine, the second thing you do is the things you’ve been dreading to do. You don’t want to be reacting emotionally. Just because you didn’t do this thing, you wouldn’t automatically start to do it.

Prioritize from the list of things you have NOT been doing:
You need to prioritize because you probably have many things you haven’t done.
What is most important things to do and you need results from doing these as fast as possible. (Often things left to do are not necessarily the things you don’t have to take care of.)
Because you haven’t done this one thing, you haven’t been productive in your business.
Before you force your distorted will power, you must think and prioritize and think why it must get done now and you cannot put it off any longer.
Ask yourself, What limiting beliefs have been sabotaging me and my efforts?
Make a list of some of your limiting beliefs. What steps are needed to break away from these beliefs.

Now it is time to celebrate:
Your accomplishment is just a little movement forward. You may have just moved an inch or two ahead.
Pause for a moment and celebrate and go back to that task today or tomorrow.
This is how to do the things you’ve been avoiding and dreading to do.
How to Fix Your Struggles of Putting Things OFF:
The three big questions you should ask yourself are as follows:
1] “What kind of lifestyle do I want and how am I incorporating my daily routine to help me and help me grow into the direction of my goals and achievement?”
2] “Why am I putting off things and what is the reason or what is preventing me; what is the self-sabotage factor involved?
3] “How can I celebrate my small wins and reward myself.?”
It is your fear based and emotionally driven self that sabotage your progress.
If you are rolling out of bed every day, get dressed somehow, getting into your car to go to work,
and don’t even have any time or choice in the morning for yourself, it is something you need to take a look at. “ How long will I keep lining like this?”

What is Keeping You Stuck?
- People are living and they are all about transforming their lives.
- Identify some of the key things you have been putting off.
- Why can you not change when you know you should change?
- If you keep doing what you have been doing or not doing; will this behavior change your life in anyway? Or for the better? Even though you keep doing these things every single day.
I believe that every little thing that you avoid doing; putting off; or getting stuck in; teaches you an indication and a lesson of a deeper and more complicated cause.
When you can focus on your strength; daily exercises to boost and uplift you; celebrating when you make small gains and wins, you will be able to transform your life.
In this so called affluent Western society, 95% of people struggle in their lives. People struggle with worries and fears… what seem to be unrelated things like piles up dishes, unclean, not fixed up house, beat up old car, not having enough time, not getting medical attention, eating healthy, etc… all financially related.
Meet many of my friends who have ended their struggling lives to live abundant lives.
