Why You Are Not Feeling Good Enough

When you are NOT feeling good enough… whatever you are doing or you are facing, you lack confidence, you feel not good enough.  You sort of have an inferiority complex. 

Lack of Self-confidence & inferiority complex:

How does this happen?  Why do you feel this way?   Definitely lack of confidence.  So you need to work on building self-confidence. There are the 6 step formula laid out for you.  You can go through the exercises.

Why do you feel so inferior?  That’s due to the Law of opposite at work.   Do you judge others?  Do you compare yourself to others?  Do you try to compete with others a lot?  I’ve already discussed on comparing and competing.

Work on your Foundation:

There is something that is very good about how to change and improve yourself.   All the principles required are all related.  When you know the basics;  you can tap into all these; know everything in terms of how to apply them; and improve your situation.
When  you have this sense of being inferior, you are impatient about yourself. You are unforgiving of yourself.  You need to work on yourself first.  The foundation of you is not very solid.

3 Tips to stop the negativity immediately: 


Examine the time when you don’t feel good about yourself.  There are three things you need to watch.

[1] Are you exhausted and tired?  Mentally fatigued?

In the middle of afternoon, take a short nap. 
Take 15 minutes off  from office work, and take a walk outside.
Go home early, no late night, take a bath and go to sleep early.

[2] In this moment, are you hungry or low energy and feeling week? 

Not physically strong?  Have you been non-stop.  Just coffee, pastries or bagels?  Eat a nutritious meal.

[3] Are you feeling lonely, not loved enough?

Do you hang out with a group of people who have similar values, dreams and vision?

Sometimes you don’t find this valuable emotional and psychic support from your colleagues, family members, spouses and boy-friends or girl-friends.   You do need to find a local support group or online professional Mastermind group.

You need to connect with people who understand your dreams, who are kind and gentle and inspiring.

As simple as it may sound, we you eliminate your usual negative situations, you will no longer experience an attack of all these negative feelings of not being loved, not good enough, or having an inferiority complex.  You won’t be focused on what is wrong with you. YOu won’t be obsessed with feeling what you haven’t got.  You won’t be envious and jealous of why you cannot be someone else who seemed to have it all.


Truth about your negative emotions:  

In fact it’s not about your weaknesses or character defects.  It’s not about you.  It’s about you not having enough tools.  To handle normal human emotions.

By learning the tools in my blog article, you will no longer feel so inferior or not good enough.  Transform the notion of not feeling good about yourself.  Transform the feeling of not being good enough.
