Every Day Fear and Anxiety
Today’s topic is 7 symptoms of fear and anxiety.
When we talk about anxiety or fear, we aren’t talking about a clinical depression or any mental illness.
It’s a kind of fear or anxiety we feel every single day. Feeling fearful or feeling anxious is so common and prevalent in today’s living. These words, afraid or being anxious, nervous, worried are almost used interchangeably. People mix up these words.
Every day we feel fearful or anxious and these emotions keep us stuck… don’t allow to do things.
this emotions are so prevent and part of our life, that we don’t even know we are afraid or anxious.
We don’t know how anxious we feel at times, other than when our stomach hurts and it starts to affect our health. Many people are completely unaware.
Today we would like to wipe these out while they are still young and little like the young roots of weeds. We are rooting them out together.
7 Symptoms of Fear and Anxiety:
These seven symptoms are so prevalent and they affect people’s thinking and behavior every day.
We need to stem them out.
1] Indifference:
You are not just interested. You don’t really care much about how this thing is related to you.
About how you are. About how your life can be improved.
2] Indecision:
I am not sure. Should I do this? Should I not do this? Should I do that? Should I not do that?
Maybe that choice is better than this choice. So without making any decisions, by default you are
someplace, doing or not doing things.
3] Doubt:
You aren’t sure. You mostly think about negative attributes of things. Many excuses come to your
mind to justify your inaction.
4] Worry or worries:
You begin to feel deep somewhere in your body as a result of your indifference, indecision and
doubt. You begin to focus on uncertainties about what’s going to happen to you, to things in your
life and about others. Worrying is not just about yourself, or a particular thing but your focus is on
lots of other people and other things outside of yourself. You will have more excuses. Your concerns, over-protection begin to dominate.
5] Overcaution:
All of a sudden you are a collection of volumes of Encyclopedia Britannica of what’s not possible:
Why things don’t work. You may check out if something works or not. If it’s something you like.
But everything end up in a big pile of “Let’s see..” file.
6] Procrastination:
Then, you don’t do anything. You just wait. You say may be tomorrow if I can figure this out.
Or I can work this out. Or maybe after my neighbor has a success with it, I’ll try it. Or maybe
when my upline finally makes his $100,000 this month, they I will really get into action.
You just stay not taking any action and confused. All the indecisive thoughts and excuses weigh
down heavy on your mind. There is so much more extra work to do when you procrastinate.
7] Irresponsibility:
Being influenced by indifference, indecision, doubt, worry, over-caution and procrastination, you are not moving in your life. Basically you are not moving toward your goal. You may even have no idea what your goals are.
Because you don’t look at yourself in the mirror, you are irresponsible. Your irresponsibility defines you and colors your mindset. Your irresponsibility sets how your life is. How your business is.
