7 Reasons Why It’s Never Too Late to Become Rich.

“What’s the difference between being wealthy and rich?” 

Many writers ask this question.  In my opinion it is just an excuse used to make some points about ‘have’s and ‘have not’s.  In fact there is no difference and wealthy and rich are synonymous.    95% of the population has given up being rich.  Many may tried to be rich and failed.  They believe it is too late to become rich at a certain point in their lives.

People are not rich because they’ve bought the common excuses about not being rich and created bad habits to stay where they are in life.  By changing their thinking and breaking out of this poverty cocoon, they can become rich.  

 

The meaning of rich and wealthy is about a state of having sufficiency and abundance.  In money, personal resources, physical resources and assets.    In other words you are comfortable with all the things you have physically, emotionally, in relationship and the meaning in your life.  Whether it’s in your profession, sharing with your loved ones, what you share with others in your community or worldwide.  That is being wealthy or rich.

Let me ask you a question.  Are you OK where you are?  Or are you living from paycheck to paycheck?  Or are you struggling to pay your bills?  Or are you not buying the things you want to buy?  For your children?  Or for yourself? Or are you getting enough physical care?  Those are the questions you should be asking. 

There are seven reasons why people are not rich and seven reasons why it’s never too late to become rich:

[1] Break Out of Your Cocoon:

Most people are born into a particular family mindset.  They live in that cocoon.  Not having money, or always watching how to spend money or not spend money, being thrifty has become a way of life for them too, like their parents. 

Growing up, your school friends; as young adults and your social circle are almost determined to be of the same financial reference.  Most people stay in that cocoon, feeling comfortable and safe.   Justifying that it’s OK to be so financially tight.  Anxious and stressed out about money.   Not many break out of the hard shell of this chrysalis.  They don’t move up to a higher level of financial and social status.    People who struggle financially tend to make lots of excuses:  Rich people are not nice.  You can be happy without money.   “I am such a wonderful person!”

Practical Solution to break out of the cocoon;

A.  Find a group of like-minded people who are all about improving their lives and breaking out of their comfort zones.    If you cannot find such a group, form your own group. 
Buy a copy of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and begin reading it.  Be sure to do all the exercises.

B.  Find mentors who can guide you in your chosen field of profession.   Someone whose value you respect.  Someone who is very successful.

[2]  Make a decision to get RICH or to become WEALTHY:

 It’s never too late to become rich.  Why people have never become rich is that they have never made a decision.  They’ve been meandering about.

With full of excuses…

• Part of the cause is lack of self confidence and limiting beliefs.

• Feeling they are not fit
• Not good enough
• Feeling they should be satisfied with what they’ve got
• Not knowing how to do the things needed to change
• Thinking too late implies feeling they’ve missed the opportunity

• Not risk stepping into an unknown situation
• Complacency
• Laziness
• Ultimately inability to make a decision

[3] Learn the Law of Sacrifice:
Most people would rather have an instantaneous gratification.  They’d rather have fun.  They’d rather watch a TV or entertaining movies.  Go out with guys or gals to have fun. 

The Law of sacrifice states that by giving up a small thing of value now, you will gain so much more value later for your effort.   If they would just put little more time to study and make some effort.  They will be rewarded enormously later.

People who don’t put in work now to gain so much reward later lack faith.   They need to build faith that the Law of Sacrifice is the law that works beautifully.  They need to trust this.  Learn to work a little more and put in more effort toward the things they want to achieve.

Your achievement can be no greater than your Plans are sound.

How do you come up with sound plans?

• Never all at once!
• Need to come up with something that promotes your ‘Why’ or desire.

• Get coached by your mentor.
• Work with your Mastermind Group.    If you have a big group, only work with more seasoned members who have lots of experience.
• Follow your plan daily, weekly and monthly.
• If you plan does not work, adjust and come up with a new plan.
• Some call this process having phases when you launch a new business.
• There is no failure. 
• Just temporary adjustment time.  
• Plans must have specific goals and must state measurable results.
• Plans must have specific target dates.
• Plans must be adjustable to break down to daily, weekly and monthly segments.
• Plans must be reviewed and adjusted.
• So long as you check in with your Master Mind Group and mentor,
• you continue to do your daily required actions and persist,
• you will succeed.

Most people who are successful have their plans organized. 

[5]  Ignite your burning desire and Know Your ‘Why’:

The reason people have not succeeded and have not accumulated wealth is their lack of desire.    They have not dug in deep and tap into and sense their desire.   You may not at first know exactly what  you want in your life.  This is the ‘Big Why.’  You ask younger children, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”   Most of them will say, “I don’t know.”

You as an adult, must develop and must tap into that deeper sense yourself, authentic self.
Discover your authentic self and know your WHY.  As you progress you ‘WHY’ will expand even more.
Practice and learn to get that all consuming, burning desire.

There is no such success that just comes form some one being naturally talented.  Must accompany with all the other necessary things to do.

It seems less effort and special skills involved when people jump into home based business.  Online marketing and network marketing.  But all these fields still require for you to have special knowledge, skills and training.

Specialized knowledge can be acquired by several means.  Only you can access what is most important for your particular situation.
1) Your own research, experience and self-education
2) from your coaches and Mastermind group team members
3) online webinars and online sources
4) academic courses at universities
5) books and other written resources

 Riches, Success or wealth come with specialized knowledge.

7] Develop ability to seize opportunity:

 

You will benefit to develop your ability to tap into your intuition and hunches.
Napoleon Hill called this the 6^th Sense.    You will be able to connect to something like a power and guidance beyond yourself.

If it were just yourself always thinking and trying

No matter how strong and bright you are

A human being is full of weaknesses

You will fail… if it is all about you, for you and by yourself.
